Here’s post of things you’ll need to make your read troughs with the cast go smoothly and be productive.

First is the location. Something cozy, comfortable and free.  Have it at your apartment. I live alone. If you don’t, kindly ask your roommate(s) to split.

Make sure you have

• Chairs for everyone, including you
• Scripts for everyone
• Beer
• Water
• Coffee
• Snacks

Let them read, this isn’t a rehearsal.

Listen You may discover a new spin to the part you never saw before. This goes with an earlier post about the initial MOI read troughs.

Take notes You won’t remember everything.

Now, in the future, when you sit with each cast member individually, you’ll have a good idea of what you need to work on.
